What to Expect

What can I expect at my first Rehab Associates appointment?

Starting physical therapy with a new care provider can be an overwhelming task for some. Here at Rehab Associates, we want to make your appointments as easy and seamless as possible. Once you have your appointment confirmed, here is what you can expect upon arrival at our clinic:

  • Try to arrive a little early. 15 minutes will work. This helps in the event there is any additional paperwork that needs to be completed before we can start your session.
  • If you have a co-pay or deductible, come prepared to cover the cost. Usually co-pays and deductibles are due at the time of service, unless other payment arrangements have been made.
  • Please wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes or sneakers. You may be asked to perform some exercises depending on what you are coming in for.

"I've had such success at Rehab Associates! They even followed up with me long after my first round of PT treatment was finished to see how I was doing and welcomed me back to get me to a better place with my bad ankle. Each therapist has paid close attention to my individual treatment and come up with good exercises for my specific needs (ankle rehab). I recommend Rehab Associates whenever someone needs physical therapy, including their trained PTs for dry needling (for nerve damage/pain). Thank you!"
