Melissa Mansur

Physical Therapist

Melissa Mansur is a physical therapist who received her Bachelor’s Degree from The Ohio State University in 1998. Melissa has worked in many fields of PT over her career. In Melissa’s early career, she worked primarily in the Skilled Nursing and Home Care settings working with Geriatric patients with a focus on return to function for a variety of medical diagnoses post hospitalization including orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation. Melissa later created a unique wellness program that provided group seminars in geriatric health related topics to several assistive living and independent living facilities within the Columbus Ohio region which included group exercise classes, balance clinics, and health education in-services. Melissa began working in the school-based setting about 9 years ago and began working for Rehab Associates in 2016. Currently, she works with students ages 3-21 who have a multitude of diagnoses from mild developmental delays to orthopedic and neurological disabilities with a focus on allowing her students increased access, participation, independence, and integration within their school setting. As a physical therapist, Melissa has a passion for helping her patients and students gain/regain increased functional independence within their homes, schools, and communities.
